Ukrayna hərb intellectualsı rus «Rassvet» peyk sistemi ilə bağlı 49 şirkət açıkladı
Ukrayna Müdafiə Nazirliyi daxili intellekt agentliyi rus və Belarus müəssisələrinin iştirak etdiyi «Rassvet» aşağıorbit peyk rabitə sisteminin təqdimatını açıqladı. Agentlik gücləndirilmiş sanksiya tədbirləri, məhdudlaşdırılmış təchizat və proqram təminatı axınının блокlanması çağırışı etdi.
Əsas məqamlar
- GÜR 49 rus və Belarus müəssisəsi barədə məlumat dərc etdi.
- Müəssisələrin 23-ü, «Roskosmos» da daxil olmaqla, sanksiya koalisiyasının heç bir üzv dövləti tərəfindən sanksiyalanmayıb.
- «Rassvet» orbital qrupu, yer idarəetmə infrastrukturunu, şəbəkə qəbulediciləri stansiyalarını və sabit və hərəkətli obyektlər üçün terminalları əhatə edir.
- 2026-cı ilin martında ilk 16 seriyalı peyk orbitə çıxarılıb.
- Kommersiya xidmətinin 2027-ci ildə, 2030-cu ilin sonuna qədər isə 292 peyk у үрүндә 383 aparatın isə rejaləşdırılıb.
- Rusiya «Rassvet» peyklərini raket silahları üçün məqsəd göstərmə sisteminə inteqrasiya etməyi planlaşdırır.
Bu niyə vacibdir
«Rassvet» rus hərb kommunikasiyalarını gücləndirən, komanda зв’язку, управління та ударних платформ підтримки, а также missile targeting may provide a domestic alternative to Starlink. The planned coverage of Ukraine and EU countries could increase the risk of the system being used in aggression or hybrid operations. The involvement of 23 entities not covered by sanctions of the coalition countries leaves a significant gap in pressure on the project’s supply chain. As the first satellites are already in orbit, the program is an emerging military capability rather than merely a conceptual plan.
Nə baş verdi
GÜR published information about 49 Russian and Belarusian enterprises and institutions involved in «Rassvet», a Russian low-orbit broadband satellite communications system. The project’s main implementer is the Russian company Bureau 1440, part of ICS Holding. Its entities supply components and manufacture solar panels, subscriber equipment, printed circuit boards, electronic modules and other elements, while Roscosmos structures and other aerospace companies are responsible for launch vehicles, upper stages, engines, satellite components and orbital deployment. Russia’s Defence Ministry structures are involved in the cosmodrome and the system’s integration into the country’s military communications infrastructure. VTB provided financial support as an investor.
The first 16 serial satellites were launched into orbit in March 2026. Commercial service is planned for 2027. By the end of 2030, the constellation is expected to contain 292 satellites, with 383 spacecraft planned in total. GÜR said 23 of the 49 published entities, including Roscosmos, are not subject to sanctions by any country in the sanctions coalition. The agency called for strengthening sanctions, blocking supplies of technologies, equipment and software, and adding the involved companies to national, banking and business blacklists.
Ukrayna mənbələri bu barədə necə yazır
Ukrainian coverage emphasizes the likely military role of «Rassvet», its planned integration with missile targeting, the possible installation of terminals on Iskander-M command vehicles, and the concentration of coverage over Ukraine and the EU. The intelligence publication presents the project as a technological threat to Ukraine and Europe and stresses the need for coordinated supply-chain restrictions and broader blacklists.
