Sevastopolning xüsusi rejimə keçməsi və sosial obyektlərin ehtiyat sxemlərindən istifadə etməsi elektrik kəsintisinin ağır nəticələrini göstərir.
Nə baş verdi
24 oktyabrın gecəsi işğal olunan Krımda enerji infrastrukturunu hədəf alan drone hücumundan sonra masif elektrik kəsintiləri yaranıb. Ukrayna mənbələri bu barədə necə yazır
Ukrainian coverage emphasizes the drone attack as the cause of the blackout, the disruption to key substations and the scale of outages across occupied Crimea. It also highlights Sevastopol’s emergency measures and connects the incident with a broader campaign against energy infrastructure.
Kontekst
Electricity disruptions in Sevastopol and elsewhere in occupied Crimea were also reported in August. On 12 October, part of occupied Crimea lost electricity and water after Russian occupation authorities introduced consumption restrictions to avoid overloading the grid. Ukrainian forces were reported to have struck 456 energy facilities in occupied Russian territories and Russia over three months as part of an operation called “Krımskiy rubılyk off”.
